Project Graduation 2008

"dedicated to protecting our

seniors on graduation night"

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, graduation night is the deadliest night in the life of a High School Senior. Project Graduation is a program designed to keep our seniors off the roads in a safe, over night lock-in event, which is alcohol and drug free. Grapevine High School has consistently ranked in the top 3% statewide in participation with almost 90% of the class of 2007 in attendance at Project Graduation last year. Since the program began almost 17 years ago, we have not lost a single child!

The success of Project Graduation is due to the hard work and dedication of volunteers. Our goal is $60,000.00, as our graduating class is over 500 students. This money provides a fun evening at Main Event in Lewisville that is free of charge to all Grapevine seniors. This is made possible through fundraising events, donations and community support.
